As an expert in the Star Club Loyalty Program, your extensive knowledge will enable you to promote member benefits and address a wide range of guest inquiries across all areas of our business. This fast-paced role is hands-on and requires a high-level of attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for our guests. A few of your responsibilities: Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner Maintain a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and services Utilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access Assist in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws Promote Safer Gambling & Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol Support the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members What we are looking for: Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to learn other casino operating systems Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks) About you: To excel in this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences.
